Hi all, when I purchased my first hamster, I bought a bathing sand and forgot to do a review so here I am reviewing the tiny friends bathing sand.
this was good value and not toxic ingredients and labelled dust free but when I first opened the bag I noticed it was very dusty which can cause serious respiratory infections in hamsters it also didn’t have that fresh smell that you would normally get with some other brands, I felt because it was a clay based sand it was also quite clumpy so it was hard to fit through my sieve. over all I would rate it 2/5 stars and most likely would never purchase again. as soon as I realized it could be dangerous I switched over to the science selective bathing sand which I like a lot more and so does he. stay tuned for a review on the new bathing sand, I hope you have found this review helpful and feel free to share with anyone wodering what bathing sand to purchase, bye.
